1. Private Coaching Services
Service Scope
Sessions are for educational and guidance purposes only. We are not medical professionals. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice is free of charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session fee.
Payment
Private sessions must be paid in full in AUD at the time of booking via Cal.com and Stripe. Fees include the session and a written summary.
2. Digital Products
Digital goods (e.g., The Anchor Protocol, Rescue Deck) are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. Distribution or resale is strictly prohibited. Because these items are delivered instantly via Payhip, all sales are final and non-refundable.
After purchase, you will receive access to your files. It is your responsibility to download and back up your files. We are not obligated to resend expired or lost download links.
3. Physical Products (Apparel & Accessories)
Pre-Orders & Fulfillment
Certain physical items (including but not limited to clothing, bags, and accessories) are sold on a "Pre-Order" basis to ensure sustainable production. This means the item is manufactured only after the ordering window closes. Estimated shipping dates are provided at the time of purchase but are subject to production delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our merchandise is produced in limited custom runs, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing (where applicable). Please review details and size charts carefully before ordering. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Use of Content & Responsibility
